- Registered charity. We only partner with verified nonprofit organizations or charitable projects. You must be legally registered and able to provide proof of status.

- Stories and assets. Partners should be ready to share their story, provide logos and brand guidelines and collaborate on designs.

How partnership works
Our process is straightforward:
- Apply. Fill out the partnership application on our resources page (link below). Include your mission statement, registration details and brand assets.
- Verification. We review your eligibility and ensure our values align.
- Design & collaboration. Our designers create artwork based on your story and cause.
- Launch your collection. We list your products on Charity Win. You promote the campaign to your supporters; we handle production and fulfillment.
- Receive funds. After covering production costs and fees, at least 70% of profits go directly to your organization.
What we provide

- E‑commerce infrastructure. We host your products on our platform, manage checkout, payment processing and order fulfillment.
- Reporting & transparency. You receive sales reports and payout summaries so you can track your earnings and impact.
