General questions
Why does Charity Win exist?
We exist to help charities offer beautiful, mission‑aligned merchandise without the overhead of design, production or shipping. By doing the heavy lifting, we empower them to raise unrestricted funds and increase visibility.
How does my purchase support the charity?
After covering production costs and payment fees, at least 70% of profits go directly to the charity. You can view the specific beneficiary and impact statement on each product page.
Are purchases tax‑deductible?
No. Because you receive merchandise in exchange for payment, these transactions are not tax‑deductible donations. If you’d like to make a tax‑deductible gift, please donate directly to the charity.
How do you choose charity partners?
We verify that each partner is a registered nonprofit or charitable organization and aligns with our values of transparency, impact and integrity. Organizations must provide their mission, story and brand assets to qualify.
Ordering & shipping
How long will my order take?
Our products are printed on demand. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and shipping. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the destination of the print provider.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available yet, but we hope to offer it in the future.
What is your return policy?
Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Sizing & materials
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart with measurements. We recommend checking your measurements against the chart before ordering.
What materials are used?
Our apparel is typically made from cotton or cotton/poly blends, printed with eco‑friendly inks. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
Payments & impact
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and digital wallet options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment options may vary depending on your region.
How can I see the impact of my purchase?
Each product page includes an impact statement. We also publish regular updates and stories on our impact page and blog.
Do you share my personal information with charities?
We share only necessary order information with our print provider and payment processor. We do not share your personal information with charities without your consent. For full details, see our privacy policy.
Partnerships & charities
How can my organization become a partner?
Visit the resources page to review eligibility and fill out the application. You’ll need to provide basic information about your mission and share your brand assets.
Is there a fee for partnering with Charity Win?
There are no upfront fees. We take a small portion of the profit after production costs and payment fees to cover platform expenses.
Can I suggest a charity?
Yes! Use the contact form to suggest a charity you’d like to see on Charity Win. We will review suggestions against our criteria.
